Jamilah Alqahtani, RN,MSN, AG-ACNP

TASK III Nurse

Jamilah started her professional journey as registered nurse in critical care settings including emergency, neurocritical and trauma specialties. She then received a master’s from Californian State University-Los Angeles becoming an Adult Gerontology- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner where she trained with stellar multidisciplinary neurology teams at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Keck Medicine. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Cincinnati, College of Nursing with a research focus on health promotion, illness prevention, and well-being among caregivers and survivors after traumatic brain injury. Jamilah serves as a nurse with the Telehealth Assessment and Skill-Building Intervention for Stroke Caregivers (TASK III Program).
