TASK III Research Assistant
Hanan Al-Faraj is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in mental health. She has been working as a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing/Jordan University of Science and Technology for 9 years. During these years, her responsibilities were teaching, training, supervising, and evaluating nursing students in mental health clinical settings. Her research interests focus on geriatric mental health, particularly with respect to promoting recovery and enhancing lifestyle behaviors among older adults with depression who have recently experienced a myocardial infarction. Hanan currently serves as a data collector, collecting feedback and satisfaction data from participants in the Telehealth Assessment and Skill-Building Intervention for Stroke Caregivers (TASK III) program.
